Your mind, as consciousness, is what generates your world, and when you understand how to use all of its components to your advantage, you can do some very remarkable and powerful things, such as repair your body or have an intuitive insight into something you could not have known intellectually.
Starting with the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation, this class is meant to guide you on a path toward mind-body mastery before moving on to using your subconscious mind to promote healing. To better grasp the power of your mind, I've included some of the most recent studies on the mind-body connection that are mixed with spirituality.
This class is open to everyone, whether you have a lot of experience, little, or no experience with meditation at all. We look forward to working each student to provide valuable tools which will last forever.

We will begin with different breathing techniques. Techniques for relaxation, in which the student will be able to use at any time, under any circumstance.

We will work with the student on guided visualizations. Using the power of imagination to not only see places, things, people, as well as our future-selves; we will work with the positive feelings associated with each vision.

By focusing on our most positive and ideal visions of ourselves, and where we want to go, we will eventually get there. Each positive thought we expand on and continue to feel, we will eventually become.
